Repeat Prescriptions

Please order repeat prescriptions at least THREE working days in advance. We make every effort to ensure medications are available within three working days but occasionally, we can experience either a delay in supply from our wholesaler or a manufacturing problem. At busy times such as Bank Holidays and holiday periods, it is always advisable to give extra notice.

Collection of repeat prescriptions between 11am and 1pm and 3pm to 5.30pm daily please (Closed Thursday afternoons)

Reception is at its busiest time between 8.00am and 11.00am and this would help the pressure on the receptionists.

If you are seeing a doctor or nurse, then of course you may collect before 11.00am to save another trip.

Remember - You can collect your prescriptions up until 5.30pm (except Thursday, when we close at 1pm).

Telephone orders taken ONLY between 9.00am and 12 noon.

You can also order online via the link at the top of this page. Please ask at reception for details of how to register for this service.
